These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme and its members. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Cheque/DD (Payable at Delhi) should be Drawn in favour of Grehsaheli. Please add 50/- for outstation cheque. Cheque/DD must contain code/Address of the Issuing Branch. Please do not pay cash. Delivery period of the First Issue will be immediately. Disputes if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of competent courts in Delhi only. Subscription copies will be delivered by post /authorised channel partner /courier. Post Box and Apo address is not accepted. This offer is not refundable and can not be combined with any other subscription.

2. Grehsaheli has the sole right to disqualify any subscriber from incentive under these programs for any or all the following reasons.

     (A) Subscriber found guilty of spreading adverse opinion about the Grehsaheli and their program.

     (B) Decision of the Grehsaheli regarding disqualification of the subscriber and cancellation of his/her ID shall be final and binding on subscriber. No suit can be filed against Grehsaheli decision of disqualifying subscriber under these programs.

3. Upon death of the subscriber the right and responsibilities of the subscriber are passed on his/her nominee. The nominee shall be bound by the terms and conditions of these programs.

4. The Grehsaheli shall have sole discretion to take decision on any matter about the sales promotion program including its amendment which would be binding on the subscribers.

5. All Matters/Disputes relating to the subscription under the Sales Program, Implementation of the Sales Program, Claims under the Program, interpretation of any terms and conditions and matters incidental these to, shall be referred to arbitration to sole arbitration to be appointed by the Grehsaheli. No civil court shall have any jurisdiction to adjudicate upon it.

6. Grehsaheli does not guarantee any incentive or commission against any amount of your subscription.

     TERMINATION

    (A) If the subscriber acts against the interest of the Grehsaheli.

    (B) If found any statement or information made in his/her subscription from to be false.

    (C) If any subscriber the Grehsaheli premises/venue/ documents to represent any other organization or for its personal use would be terminated without any notice to this effect.

7. All disputes to be settled under the Delhi jurisdiction only.

8. Any mistake in sponsor's placement cannot be changed.

9. The subscriber must read the policies, procedures, code of ethics and incentive opportunity clearly from the website or from the document before filling the donation form. I/We confirm that all the above information are correct and true and that any false information given will be considered for rejection of my/our subscription. I/We have also read the terms and conditions written and signify my/our acceptance to its content with my/our signature on the form. I/We are voluntarily giving the subscription without any pressure, coercion and misrepresentation by the Grehsaheli Member/Staff.

10. Illegal activity. Members may not present Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

11. Third-Party Liability. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

12. Terms and Conditions. reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

13. The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.

14. There is only Rs. 300.00 Membership charge to become a member.

15. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

16. Membership Cancellation. Membership at Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme will only cancel/terminate a membership if it’s deemed that the member is operating in conflict with Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme terms and conditions.

17. Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme.

18. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme.

19. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws .

20. Private Information. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

21. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

22. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme and or its members will be terminated from Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme. Depending on seriousness, Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

23. UCE/UBE or SPAM. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

24. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area.. Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

25. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme or any program promoted via the Grehsaheli Evergreen Scheme program.
